Stephen Spangehl has left the Higher Learning Commission and is no longer directly involved with AQIP.  He is actively continuing his involvement in higher education and quality improvement and now directs the Higher Education Division of Plexus International, a training organization with long experience that is now offering colleges and universities assistance in quality assurance and quality improvement.
